Our direct referral line, enquiries email and registered address are being finalised and will be published here the moment they are live. In the meantime, note what you need below and be ready to send it — we will respond as soon as our channels open.
Placing a young person
For social workers and Personal Advisers. When our line opens you will get a written decision within two hours of a referral with enough to work from.
Have ready: the young person's details and age evidence, their current situation, known needs and risks, and the funding authority. See the full referral guide.
Commissioning a service
For local-authority commissioners. Ask us for the readiness pack, the banded rate card, and a 90-day pilot proposal.
Tell us: your cohort, expected volumes, and framework or DPS requirements. See the commissioner offer.
Leasing us a property
For landlords and property investors. We take suitable homes on a corporate lease with guaranteed rent.

Joining the team
We will be recruiting keyworkers and support staff who want to do this work well. Roles open at launch.
